Marla went over and above helping us buy a house! Most of our dealings were long distance, but she was willing to meet us in person in short notice whenever we were able! Since we were out of state, she looked at houses we thought were possibilities and let us know if they were something we would want to pursue. She helped us every step of the way after we put an offer in. She is even overseeing the necessary repairs in our absence! She is personable, knowledgeable, kind, and very competent. We highly recommend her!

Marla is a thorough professional , friendly and goes out of her way to help her clients. I am an out of state owner and she helped me find renters. Also coordinated with repairs and fixing few issues to make the house rent ready. I highly recommend her.

Having Marla as a realtor feels more like having a friend. She is very knowledgeable, caring, professional and energetic. She has invested her time as much as we would like and never leaves us with worry. 100% recommend having her as a realtor! Not only for those who speak english but those who speak spanish too!

I would have not found my house with my kids so fast and smooth without Marla’s full assistance and guidance. I do not fully know what i want in a house as a first time homebuyer and she definitely noted the details of my preference especially as we house hunt. She was focused on knowing details of each house, getting answers to our questions making it easier to decide if we move on to see the next one or the option to see a house again for the second time when i wasn’t sure. When i found the house, she was focused on asking the right questions from the inspector about our safety and expectations from the seller. She was always available on txts, calls, emails guiding me each day up to closing and after i officially got the house. I would say she was a blessing to me and my kids and 100% highly recommend Marla as a realtor to my family and friends, and anyone searching for that perfect home.

Hopefully I can get through this without crying profusely, but Marla saved my life! She worked tirelessly to advertise and market to potential renters from day one.
